It's been enjoyable painting these three small paintings of the wonders at the bottom of the the state of Utah. I live in the middle of the state and it doesn't look at all like this. Interstate 15 runs through the middle of the state, North and South, but if you see a road sign that says "Turn right to see Kolob Canyon", just do it. It's five minutes away, hidden from view by other hills. You won't forget it.
